How long will it take for my products to be delivered?
International orders: In-stock collections are shipped within 2-4 business days via DHL Express, TNT Express and FEDex Express. Delivery time for pre-order items may take up to 30 days.
Domestic orders: In-stock collections are shipped within 2-4 business days via Yurtiçi. Delivery time for pre-order items may take up to 30 days.
How can I return damaged or defective goods?
We perform final checks before shipping the products to you in perfect condition. In order to avoid return problems caused by damage during the delivery process, please do not accept your package without checking at the delivery time.
Can I make address changes during the shipping period?
You can make address changes before your product is shipped. Unfortunately, you cannot make address changes once your items are shipped.
Can I submit a different shipping address and invoice address?
Yes, you can submit different shipping and invoice addresses.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused and undamaged goods within 14 days after delivery. After your products are inspected, your return request will be approved or denied.
How can I make a return request?
Please send an e-mail to info@musmeus.com about your return request. After we contacted you, you can ship your item to us. The returned item must be packaged according to the packaging standards that we will send you and the returned items should have a valid invoice. Refunds are completely free.
What payment options do you accept?
You can use credit/debit cards of VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Visa Electron.
How do you ensure that your payment processing is secure?
Payment security is the most important element of online shopping. All transactions are made through secure payment systems. Personal payment information is directly transferred into an encrypted format (SSL). Our payment system has GeoTrust SSL certificates and safety certificates. VISA and MasterCard are approved by SecureCode.
How long will it take to receive my refund after my refund request is approved?
Once your return items are received and inspected by us, your payments will be progressed within 10 working days after your request is approved. The refund will be progressed with the same method of your payment.
